I am receiving an "Unable to Add" app when attempting to add Jira Product Discovery to an existing site. I have confirmed that I am an Org Admin.
Can someone please help?

Can you provide the steps that you are following in the attempt to add the product to your site?
And can you provide the full details of the message you receive?
Thanks for the quick, reply @Trudy Claspill . It turned out that we had a brief period years ago when we missed paying a bill. During that period, we disabled Jira Product Discovery, and since we were unpaid at the time, it was flagged in the Jira backend.
The Jira support team was able to resolve this on their end via a support ticket that I submitted.
