Tricentis Test Management (TTM) for Jira - sudden issue with seeing the whole screen

I'm in Sydney Australia and all our users this afternoon are not able to see the whole screen when clicking on Tricentis Test Management for Jira.

Only a small part is showing (like it's cut off halfway) and we cannot see all test cases that we have always been able to see and just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same?
