I’m unable to access the Tempo app in Jira.
When I try to open “Time Tracker - Jira Time Reports & Project Dashboard | Tempo”, I get the following error message:

“Something went wrong on our end.”

I already tried reloading the page, but the issue still persists. Could you please check if there’s a permission issue or a temporary problem with the app integration?

PS: Tempo access is controlled through Jira and Tempo permissions, not only by project permissions.

For Tempo Timesheets, users normally need the relevant Tempo Timesheets Access global permission. Tempo’s documentation also notes that users without the required permission cannot access Tempo Timesheets or log time from the work item action menu. Access and Permissions | Tempo Help Center
