Atlassian has deprecated some of the REST endpoints. How is IBM integrated / connected to your Jira site?
There is also an active incident - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ but I don't know if this is relevant for you.

Thanks for your answer, we experience this since September I think. So, I don't think that the deprecated RestApis are the problem.
