I want to enable the Test Automation Status field for test type tickets in JIRA. How to raise query for JIRA support for this ?

For this kind of configuration change, I’d recommend reaching out to your internal Jira admin(s), space admin, or IT/support team first.
They should be able to check whether the Test Automation Status field is available on your site, whether it can be added to the relevant screen/work item layout, and if it fits the current process. If needed, they can also raise a support ticket with Atlassian or the relevant Marketplace app vendor on your behalf. 👀
If you’re not sure who your internal Jira support contact is, your manager or team lead should hopefully be able to point you in the right direction. 👈
