I want to enable the Test Automation Status field for test type tickets in JIRA. How to raise query for JIRA support for this  ?

Hey @Pasarkar_ Supriya ,

For this kind of configuration change, I’d recommend reaching out to your internal Jira admin(s), space admin, or IT/support team first.

They should be able to check whether the Test Automation Status field is available on your site, whether it can be added to the relevant screen/work item layout, and if it fits the current process. If needed, they can also raise a support ticket with Atlassian or the relevant Marketplace app vendor on your behalf. 👀

If you’re not sure who your internal Jira support contact is, your manager or team lead should hopefully be able to point you in the right direction. 👈

“Test Automation Status” is usually provided by a test management app and not by native Jira functionality.
 
Are you using an app like Xray or Zephyr for your test tickets?
Once you confirm the app, the enablement steps can be checked accordingly.
 
To raise a support ticket, you can contact the app vendor directly through the Atlassian Marketplace support section for that app.
