Hi,
We recently noticed that the time spent on the jira ticket has dissapeared. We are unable to track the time spent per ticket and per user. Which is very anoying.
We are using the Tempo App. As per their status page, everything should be operational.
Any one else with this issue?

I recommend subscribing there for the latest updates as they become available.
Our development team has identified the root cause and already implemented a fix. However, the rollout of this fix depends on Atlassian, as it involves platform-level update.
