Greetings wonderful community!

We see an issue in our Jira prod DC instance, as well as in two Jira test instances where the Tempo Timesheets section does not load and it keeps spinning. The vendor Tempo are having a hard time troubleshooting this as they cannot reproduce it. It seems to be happening only to Jira instances using MSSQL db.

I was wondering if any of you are facing this, and what advice do you have towards fixing it.

Thank you!

We've narrowed this down to the view worklogs permission. It seems this is happening for users that are able to view too many worklogs. The workarround is to reduce the scope of the view worklogs permission. Also, I believe Tempo are working on a fix right now.

We are also facing this problem.  It's working fine in our lower environments but not in our Production environment, all users are facing this problem.

HI
Does this happen on all issues, or just specific ones?
Could you try creating a new issue with no worklogs or plans and check whether the Tempo panel loads completely?
Also, are you running the latest Jira LTS version and the latest Tempo plugin versions?
