This morning a user contacted me about Structure PPM not being available on our Jira cloud instance.
When I checked, I got a authentication message, asking me to "Allow access". When I click on that, I get a HTTP429 error on a call to the jira API.
Strangely, Structure is no longer marked as installed in our Connected Apps, when I look for it on the Marketplace, it is marked as "archived" (!), but since that, even I can't access myself, some of my users can continue using it.
I see that there is a Forge migration going on, could it be linked? I juste see know that Tempo Planner has also disappeared from my connected apps.
Guys, what's going on?
Hello @Jonathan Porta
Structure should be operational; it remains available on Marketplace, and there is no place to remove it from there.
The problem you experience might be of a local nature. Please reach out to us directly at our support portal, and we'll look into it.
Best regards,
Stepan
Tempo (the Structure app vendor)
As both apps are from the Marketplace vendor, it's best to reach out to Tempo support via their support channel.
This might be an issue on you instance.
Checking Tempo status, there seems to be an ongoing iss, https://status.tempo.io/

Oh and of course I've checked our subscription, it is still active until September 2026 at least.
