Hi. Our company use Tempo to register timelogs. WE have several reports.

In some instances we need to obtain report for user that left the company. User status is Suspended in JIRA.

When I want to create a new Tempo Report and filter by user suspended user not appear in users lov's.

However if we have a report created months ago, that involves the user, that reports shows the suspended user.

Is there any way to obtain a report for a suspended user without reactivated?

Regards

Alejandra

Hi @Alejandra Martin Tempo's documentation on this could be a bit clearer, but if my understanding is correct, a user deleted from a Tempo team won't show up in user pickers. So I suggest checking that, and adding them back to the Tempo team if they've been removed.

If the inactive user is still a member of a Tempo team, then it might be that you can only view their timelogs by filtering the report(s) by the time period they were active. Tempo's documentation doesn't explicitly state that, but it also doesn't explicitly state that you can filter by inactive user, it's a bit ambiguous.

Other than that, I suggest making sure you're following Tempo's best practices for inactive/deleted Jira users, and that you have the appropriate permissions to view the worklogs.
