The first step is to actually install our add-on to your instance. Please find the marketplace link here. Just a note, you might have to reach out to your Jira Admin to assist with these steps.
Once the Smart Checklist add-on is installed, you should automatically see it on your Jira Work Items. You can see more details in our Get Started Guide.
If you have performed the steps and are still not seeing the add-on, let me know. I'll be happy to walk you through the steps.
