Recently upgrade Jira from Version 9.12.22 to 10.3.7 on Linux. Zephr plug-in no longer works

Martin Neal June 16, 2025

Recently upgraded Jira from Version 9.12.22 to 10.3.7 on Redhat Version 9.5

Customer is stating that Zephr data is no longer there after the upgrade

Is there any way to make the data visible again ?

Hi @Martin Neal

The obvious would include:

  1. Contact the company responsible for Zephr if there's an update from their side too, or if they plan to continue support in the future.
  2. Roll back the Jira update

Best to check the compatibility of plugins before upgrading Jira.

Kind regards,
Dick

What I am seeing

Jira Version 9 was using Zephr Squad

Jira  Version 10 is using Zephr Basic

I think that the data is there but the local Altassian support needs to reindex the files

I do not beleive that the data is lost

The Plug for Jira Version 10  has a higher number

Thank you for your quick reply

I am thinking our Local Atlassian Suport needs to contact Smartbear

As I am just a system adminstrator
