PowerBI Connector for JIRA (Tempo)

Hello - 

We are planning to evaluate "PowerBI Connector for JIRA (Tempo)"  and have question of licensing. any idea on what kind of PowerBI licenses we might need to use this?

You shouldn't need a Power BI license. Even the free versions of Power BI give you access to the OData connector, which is used by the third party apps to connect to Jira.
