We've been using the Planning Poker Agility app for a long time, but all of a sudden when we create a new session we can't select any ticket:
I tried in other spaces where it used to work and it's also not working. Has something changed in Jira or the Planning Poker Agility app that made it stop working? Or is there any permission that needs to be renewed every x amount of time?
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

This might be something the app's support team might be able to help you with. You can raise a ticket in their support queue.
