The XRay Test Execution report via the Document generator throws an error. When I try to create a service request, I'm not able to log in. After resetting my password, I still get an error that my password or user id is wrong.

Yes, that is the link that I used. Also my colleague cannot log in, also not after resetting their password.
I also sent a mail, but I did not get an answer yet. The document generator is still not working for the Test Execution report.

This usually means that the template cannot export at least one of the issue types on the list. This is usually related to the issue types and the configuration of the template.
