Not able to access Tempo

I am not able to access Tempo using my account. I already got added to Jira and provided needful accesses. 
I have tried it with multiple browsers, clear cache, etc but no luck.

Any thing which I can recheck?

Hi @Pushkraj Lanjekar

Can you (or your Administrator) confirm that you have access to Tempo?
There is no separate login to access Tempo. If you can log into JIRA and have the permission to access Tempo, you should be able to view your Tempo Timesheet, Plans, .... dependent on the Tempo product you have installed. 

Access to Tempo products is given via the Global Permissions in JIRA. Please take a look at https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/global-permissions for more information.

Are you trying to login to Tempo using the same credentials you use to login to Jira?  Are you seeing an error?  Can you share a screenshot of the issue?

When I take path like Dashboard -> Apps -> tempo then getting below error. And yes, I am using same credentials as Jira. 
I can access Jira though.
