Need a supported way to copy Advanced Roadmaps “Team” field values into a custom dropdown field (Big

Hello Atlassian Support,

We are using Jira Data Center along with Advanced Roadmaps.
On our issue screens, we have:

1. Team (Advanced Roadmaps) → coming from Portfolio/Plans
2. BigPic_Team (custom dropdown) → standard custom field

We need to copy the Team field options (team names) into the BigPic_Team dropdown.
But we are facing a major blocker:

Did you try to use the Plans API to get the team from wanted plan then with Jira API update the context of wanted drop-down field?

What problem are you facing? IMO you should get all values via api and set it in new field (also via api).

Can you please guide me on how to achieve this, and let me know if there is any existing script or recommended approach? I’m trying to sync the Advanced Roadmaps Team values into BigPicture (populate the BP team dropdown), and I want to confirm the correct and supported way to do this.
