I set up a Structure in my Jira Cloud Sheet view that I created but this structure is only visible to me (i.e. other users dont see this structure when they open the sheet). I was reading that structures that are set up are personal and do not appear for other users. Is there a way to configure Jira Cloud so that these Structures are global to other users in my organization?
Hello @Matt Riti
If you mean our app Structure, then this is indeed the default behavior - if not specified otherwise, any structure on its creation is only visible to its owner. You can share structures with other users by configuring individual permissions for each structure (there are several different levels of access).
Like the owner of a structure, Jira admins can also share it with themselves or with any other user.
I hope this helps. if you have more questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.
Best regards,
Stepan

Hi @Matt Riti
Welcome to the community!
In Jira, the 'view' refers to the specific columns and layout, and the 'structure' (the hierarchy of issues) has its own permission settings. If others are unable to see what you've created, it’s probably due to one of two reasons:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
