I used an external application from Market place named "External Share for Jira" by Warsaw Dynamics, now I want to buy the app. But Everytime I tried to buy Im getting this error:
We ran into a little trouble
Hello Brant, thanks to answer, Actually I contact the app support team, but we got an answer saying that they have not contol on Attalsian Market Place, As I plan to buy the app I put a credit card as payment method and fill the form about billing information but the error continues. Maybe there is a error because I tried the app once, and now I get the message again that tries for free, ther is no option to buy.
This is a standard "deflect to vendor" response of Atlassian support. However we have many reports across vendors that the Marketplace install process is wonky.
My recommendation is to ask Atlassian support to investigate further.

@LUIS BOLIVAR I would suggest reaching out to the app support. You can purchase apps on a free plan. You might not have any payment information on your account and that could be causing the issue.

I would guess this is because you are on a free Jira plan, and the app is paid. This error can occur if you do not have a payment method in your account.
