Hello Atlassian Community,

Was wondering if someone else encountered this issue and can provide some guidance on how to resolve.

We have been using the EazyBI report below for several weeks with no issue. Recently (July 8th) we made the Parent Field mandatory in Jira for Jira issue types Epic, Story, Enabler, Bugs and Task.    Our Jira hierarchy is Initiative-Epic then Story, Bug, Enabler and Task are at the same level which can be linked to Epic parent.   We are on the cloud version of Jira.

The report below is summarizing at the initiative level all children of the initiative (all issue types).   The initiatives are grouped by Owning team which is a custom field.  This report is focusing on a portfolio area Digital so we use Owning Team as a page filter to only select owning teams within Digital portfolio.   Once we made Parent field mandatory it seems the hierarchy link is not being imported into EazyBI.   That seems to be the row None in Initiative column on the report.  I checked the Epics and other issue types in and see the parent link is established.  When drilling down into the none row I see Epics listed which have initiative entered as the parent.

Hopefully you can help with this issue.

Thanks.

Hi,

We were working on an issue regarding the Parent field. It should be fixed now.

So, please contact eazyBI support if any problem with the Parent field is still there.

Kindly.

Janis, eazyBI
