Issue With Spaces after Easy Clone

can someone assist me here as I am experiencing an issue after I conduct an easy clone from one Space to another.

Since we do not have enterprise level access, we were instructed to "clone" our projects VIA the easy clone tool.

I create the project (space) and add an Epic. I go to our template Space I want to clone from and do use the easy clone option. I go through the motions and everything aligns... tasks to tasks, epics to epics. The system does the cloning with no issue. However, I run in to this issue where I attempt to easy clone another Epic to my new space, it will either copy all the tasks outside of the Epic over OR move all the tasks of the original Epic I cloned previously over outside of that Epic. 

Ive reloaded many times on my browser and cleared the cache as well and still appears unaligned.

Is this an issue on Atlassian side or is there a trick to correcting this? I cant constantly recreate spaces

May I ask you to confirm if you are referring to our app Easy Clone?

If yes, please open a ticket on our helpdesk and include the following details:

* Your Jira instance URL ("https://<instance>.atlassian.net")

* The project (space) and work items ID involved in the cloning process.

We’ll be happy to troubleshoot and assist you further there.
