Is there any command by which we can create a Zephyr Test Cycle

Basically, we need to create a zephyr test cycle through automation, so we need to check that if this is possible or not.

If you're asking about Jira Automation the answer is No - Zephyr functions are not exposed to Jira Automation.

You can however automate with other tools using Zephyr API, which Christos suggested in a previous post for Zephyr Essential (previously Squad).  Zephyr (previously Scale) has its own APIs depending whether you're on Server/DC or Cloud.
