Sorry that you’re running into this issue - that’s definitely frustrating.
I’d recommend reaching out to support using the link in the error message and sharing the Hash and Trace ID shown there - that will help them investigate the issue on their side.
In the meantime, you could try an alternative like Zhade Integration for Jira & Google Chat - it also provides notifications and allows you to perform Jira actions directly from Google Chat.
