using Jira -EasyRequirements-, the uploaded images (png or jpeg) it are not display, but they appear with the error "Preview unavailable". I directly followed the information from Atlassian here: Resolve 'Preview Unavailable' Error for Images in Jira Cloud | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support. But still not working. Any help? Thanks in advance.

So let me clarify, before using -EasyRequirements- App, there was no issue with uploading images?
If yes, i would suggest to contact to App support - https://easesolutions.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?destination=portal%2F2
The problem is only with the plugin (from the first moment I used it), when the ticket is type "requirement" and only in the tree view. When the ticket is open independently and edited, then the picture appear. I realized that it is only with the "tree view" after a long investigation. I will contact the support. Thanks!
