I'm trying to retrieve data from sprint metrics powerbi connector and I'm only getting 1 row

I can retrieve data from The PowerBI sprint connector that I have set up and everything is work fine except for when I try to use sprint metrics. I have the correct board selected and ensure that there are no filters applied that would exclude any data. However, I'm only return a single row of data from sprint metrics, despite there being multiple sprints to pull. I have researched online and can't find anyone having this issue.

@Brett Peers  I would suggest reaching out to support to see if that is expected behavior or if there is a configuration issue App Support I looked through their documentation and did not see anything about it there.
