hi @Steven Murdoch

  1. Is this Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center?
  2. What Jira version are you running?
  3. What Testmo version are you using?
  4. Does the error appear immediately after clicking Connect to Jira, or later in the integration process?
  5. Are there any related entries in atlassian-jira.log (for Data Center) or the browser’s Developer Tools (Console/Network)?
  6. If you’re using Jira Cloud, is the integration based on OAuth 2.0, an API token, or a Personal Access Token?

hi,

I think URL is fine. don't use the trailing / in the end.

Here's what I tried in my personal account:

  • installed the app on my jira
  • set up my testmo account as well
  • after entering the details, i got this error "Failed to authorize with Forge app: Jira installation not found for the provided identifiers."
  • I uninstalled the app from Jira
  • from testmo admin - integrations - added the jira site
  • installed the app from that prompt
  • After installation, clicked manage app - get started and then configure
  • this seems to have forcefully generated the missing identifiers
  • test connection proved successful and I was able to add the connection as well.

If you're still stuck, try incognito mode or clear the browser cache and cookies or may be different browser.

let me know
