How to only one role create epics? // ¿Cómo hacer que solo un rol pueda crear épicas?

Hi comunity, long time not to post here, i was doing a lot of things whit jira buts there is one thing i still cant find. I put security levels and i give permisson only to one rol to edit issues, but i need on more level, i need to only one role create epics, there is any option to this? thanks all. Im ansious to read your answers!!

Hola comunidad, hace mucho que no publicaba aquí, he estado haciendo muchas cosas con Jira, pero hay una cosa que todavía no puedo resolver. He configurado niveles de seguridad y le doy permiso a solo un rol para editar incidencias, pero necesito un nivel más: necesito que solo un rol pueda crear épicas. ¿Hay alguna opción para esto? ¡Gracias a todos! ¡Estoy ansioso por leer sus respuestas!
