Hi @Nitesh Shah and welcome to the Community!
Could you explain a bit more what you want to do with the testcases in Jira? You can create a Work-item type called "Test case" and import issues from a csv-file.
But the lifecycle of a test case is a bit different from a normal work item since you often want to re-run the testases related to a Story and document the result of different test executions.
That is not possible out of the box in Jira but you can check some plugins like Zephyr or Xray for more advanced test management depending on your needs.
Let me know if this helps!
Best regards,
/Staffan
Welcome @Nitesh Shah
Are you reffering to insert the issues in Jira. If yes, then you can follow @Geethanjali Katagani advice.
If not, you can either create a new issue type and assign it to your issue scheme (ideally a separate issue scheme). Since you are mentioning running it, I would recommend using Xray Test Management for Jira app.
