How to connect Jira Cloud for Sheets

Hi the steps the Use Jira Cloud for Sheets guide (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-for-sheets) says to do these things.

Connect your Jira Cloud site with Google Sheets

To connect your Jira Cloud site with Google Sheets:

1. Go to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

2. Select Add-ons, then Jira Cloud for Sheets, then Open….

3. Select CONNECT. This will open a new browser window.

4. Select the site you want to add from the list of available sites.

5. Select Accept.

I'm stuck on step 2 - there is no "open" button. Any tips? Is it a permission thing?
