I need to verify whether Tempo is integrated with our Jira instance. Could anyone guide me on how to check if Tempo is installed and configured in Jira using the Jira REST API?

No, you can't.

If this is installed, you can see in the apps section in the Jira Toolbar, or go to Atlassian Administration of your instance.

1. Apps -> Platform experiences -> Sites
2. Select your site
3. Connected apps
