I’m unable to export bulk Xray Test cases with their testing steps. Currently, if I bulk export the test cases, the excel is missing to include the testing steps. I don’t see any configuration option to include Steps in the export. I am looking for the help for the same.
You could use the Better Excel Exporter app to bulk export Xray test cases to Excel:

@Aron Gombas _Midori_ Thanks for your reply. I tried exporting the bulk test cases using Better Excel Exporter. I see that the exported excel sheet is containing all the fields but not the test steps. I don't see an option to configure the table with the test steps under Configure Columns. I hope if I am able to configure the steps column in the table, the testing steps will get exported. Can I please get some help on this?

@Anjali Shetty Unlike on Data Center, Xray Cloud does not store test step data in a custom field. That's why you can't add test steps as a separate column to your work item lists.
Therefore, we provide a set of Xray-specific export types with Better Excel Exporter. If you choose the one marked on this screenshot, you will automatically export the test steps in a separate Excel column:
Also, see the other export types whose name starts with "Xray ..." for further possibilities!
I hope this helps.

@Aron Gombas _Midori_ Thanks again for your reply. Yes, this helped to export the excel. But below are the new issues I am seeing with the exported excel.
i. I don't see the test case related columns (like Test Step, Test Step Data, etc) filled in.
ii. Under the 'Test Execution Key' column I see an error message for each entry.
"Failed to download Xray Test Runs! (see Xray API guide: https://www.midori-global.com/products/better-excel-exporter-for-jira/cloud/documentation/integrations/xray): Failed to get authorization token from any Xray region. (Check your API token!)"

@Anjali Shetty As the message suggests, you need to configure an Xray client ID plus secret pair (together forming a username-password like credential) so that the Better Excel Exporter app can securely access your Xray data.
