Deprecated Endpoints - Action Required But What Do I Do?

Hello,

We use Tricintis Test Management (TTM).  We received the notification recently about two of the endpoints TTM uses being deprecated and were told we need to migrate to the new endpoints.  

I don't know exactly what I'm supposed to do here.  Can anyone explain this to me like I'm 5 years old.

This notice would've been sent to all customers that use the TTM third party app with Jira.

If you do not interact with the TTM product through its API, then you don't need to do anything.

If you do interact with the TTM product through its API, then you would need to review your code for use of the two endpoints mentioned and replace their use with the new endpoints.

You should be able to get more details about that from the support team of the vendor of the product. Refer to the following for their contact information:

Thank you Trudy.  I was guessing the answer was that simple, but didn't want to assume anything.   Unfortunately, it's not always super easy for me to get in touch with the vendor, so I appreciate the response!
