Just a few days ago I was able to automatically display "Clockwork Pro" plugin under description.

Now it's only visible in Automation srction (right bottom) or I can trigger the visibility using a cog wheel under issue's summary, PER ISSUE. Is there a way to regain automatical display of the plugin? I want it to be visible in every ticket, under description, as it was before.

Developers are using it for time tracking and it was very useful. Now with the additional clicks - it doesn't make sense and they keep forgetting about it's existance.

Hi @Anna Urbanska

Welcome to the community

@Gor Greyan makes a solid point here.

But it could be simpler, is the app still active in the instance and if so has the bills been paid?

Check with your Jira or Org admin.

Hi @Anna Urbanska

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is most likely due to the Jira issue view UI changes, where some apps are no longer automatically displayed in the main view and are instead accessible via the Apps/Automation panel or by manually expanding them per issue. I think there’s no native setting to force it to always appear under the description again.

I’d recommend checking Clockwork’s app settings or reaching out to their support.
