Good morning, I wanted to see if anyone can provide us with assistance with our capacity planner app and problems with it connecting with Jira. We noticed that after the cloudflare outage around Nov 20th that we are unable to use this specific app within Jira. The errors received are something went wrong (screenshot attached). We reached out to the 3rd party vendor for support, and they provided us with the following. Summary - They are asking for the Jira team to review our active licenses as they think this is more than likely related to the problem. I've included their email and ticket information if you need to reach out to them for any additional information.
"Terence (Tempo Support) commented:
Hello James,
Thank you for the URL.
In trying to look for any active licenses with Atlassian, using the cloud URL you provided, sadly, returns no active licenses.
Have you reached out to Atlassian on the matter? As they will be able to full review all licenses and provide a definitive answer.
When reaching out to Atlassian and wish to include us in the conversation, please add the following address (support-team@tempo.io) as a viewer of the case.
I look forward to helping you fully resolve this license problem and back to using Capacity Planner."
Thank you
Hi @David Visbisky ,
This is a public forum, and not the Jira support.
You can reach the Jira support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
My bad, couldn't figure out a way to submit a ticket but after a while determined I didn't have proper access. My coworker has the access and submitted one to your support team. You can delete this thread if need be since I don't think I can.
Appreciate the reply, Thanks
