Can I use the free version of JIRA with XRay Test Management add-on free trial

I am trying to use the free version of JIRA with XRay add-on free trial as we are only a 5 member team but wondering if I would be required to buy a licence afterwards. 

If so how much is the X-Ray Test Management add-on going to cost per user?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Yes, you can install Xray on the free plan of Jira. Once the trial period is over you do have to get a license for Xray, and for up to 10 users that would be $10/month or $100 annually as you can see in the Marketplace listing under the Pricing tab.

For data center you can build a plugin and start dev instance and install Xray on it.
