Hello! I am trying to automate at the Account level from Tempo an email that tells me if logged hours are higher than the estimate .  We use Tempo accounts on different tickets across different projects.  I have tried to set an automation for this and am having no luck.  Perhaps this is not possible at the Account level?  Please help!  Thank you :)

Suggest having a look at eazyBI, we've found it much more performant and capable as we continue to explore the possibilities of advanced metrics. We really wanted to love Tempo, but ran out of patience.

Just wanted to share a public demo account link to illustrate some use-cases with worklog data using eazyBI reports.

You can import the Account field from Tempo as one more dimension and use it to filter report calculations.

Additionally, you can set up conditional report alerts to be notified by email when a certain measure (such as the difference between worklog hours and estimate) reaches a threshold, or subscribe to the entire dashboard and receive it regularly in your inbox as a PDF snapshot.

Hi @Clare Lawson ,

You can check on this KB to monitor the time by Account with email notification. Or you can use Tempo Account gadgets to view the Account trends on dashboard without email notification.
