Hello,
I'm no longer able to add the ActivityTime line extension, which I previously used for free download. I keep getting a payment request but I keep receiving the error "We are currently unable to perform this operation."
Hi @Tolga Tapan
I'm writing as a part of the ActivityTimeline team. From what I see in our system, your instance has a valid trial license until the end of May.
Could you please try to install the app one more time, preferably using a different browser?
In case you still an error, you need to raise a ticket with the Atlassian Support via the link below, as there is nothing we can do from our end to enable you:

I hope this help.
Best,
Ostap
Thank you.
I've tried it in different browsers, but the problem persists. I want to pay for it and use it, but I can't. You said it's included, but it doesn't appear in my views. Would uninstalling and reinstalling it solve the problem?
I'm using the free version of Jira and I can't get support for it.

Hi @Tolga Tapan
You can click on the "manage" button near the Jira instance as well, it'll also give you the option to add the billing details;

Hi @Tolga Tapan,
I’m writing to provide an update on your recent support request. Our technical team is currently troubleshooting the issue. It appears the current limitations within the Free Jira tier regarding billing specifications are contributing to the delay.
Expect a detailed update from our Customer Success team shortly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is handled correctly.

Hi @Tolga Tapan
You will need to raise an issue with Atlassian Support on this.
On the community we can solve these kind of issues, as we can't access instances or see logging.
AS you seem to be on a free plan, I have requested assistance from Atlassian Support, this can take up to 2 business days.
They will comment on this post, so keep an eye out.
