503 Service Temporarily Unavailable Error on Xray Cloud API Endpoints

Hi Team,

I am getting 503Service Temporarily Unavailable error in postman while trying to pull the test case status data from test execution using xray cloud API.

I am using 

1. API - https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/v2/testexecutions/{{Test Execution}}

2. Authentication is valid - used client ID, secret ID to create bearer token using xray authentication API - https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/v2/authenticate

3. Then used the bearer token in 1st API to pull the details

Jira cloud also operational and working in web browser.

can you please help with this.

You can monitor Xray status via their official Statuspage: Xray Status 
However, there have been no recorded incidents related to the app.

What I would probably recommend in this case is that you reach out to their official support team via their service desk. Support team can probably take a look at this and let you know if anything is 'down' at the moment 👀
