If you manage a Jira instance, you probably already know the pain points: tickets missing required fields, orphaned subtasks nobody remembers creating, statuses that never move, SLAs quietly breached with nobody noticing until a customer complains.
I built a small tool that connects to Jira, runs an automated governance audit, and sends a clean report — either as a one-time check or on a recurring schedule (daily/weekly). It currently checks for:
- Missing required fields (story points, sprint, etc.)
- Orphaned or stale tickets
- SLA breaches
- Missing approval steps in your workflow
I'm not selling anything — looking for 2-3 people willing to let me run a free audit on a real (or test) project and tell me honestly whether the findings are useful. Setup on your end is just generating a Jira API token, takes a few minutes.
