Open Issues filter doesn't work in Teams

Just added this Add-On, went to Teams, added a tab for JIRA, selected my JIRA site. In the filter in the top-left, the default is All Issues. Said OK, and All Issues displayed fine. Repeated this process, but selected Open Issues. The tab was created, but the tab contents never populate. Spinning wheel of "loading" continues forever.

 I have the loading issue with any filter configuration.
