Step 5: Define Sync Behavior

Choose how data flows between Zendesk and Jira:

  • Zendesk > Jira
  • Jira > Zendesk
  • Bi-directional (Two-way sync)
  • No auto-sync (manual control)

Step 6: Test and Go Live

  • Run test cases to validate mappings and sync behavior
