We’re excited to announce a super helpful new feature in Planyway: Workspaces with saved configurations — a new way to save and share your customized views across roadmaps, calendars, workload, and other Planyway views.

You know how it goes.

You build the perfect view — pick sources, set filters, group work the way your team thinks, adjust the scale, clean up the noise.

Then someone asks:
“Can you share what you’re looking at?”

So you send a screenshot. Or spend time re-explaining the setup step by step. Either way, in the end, nobody is really looking at the same thing.

We kept hearing this from users — so we built Workspaces.

Now you can save your setup — sources, filters, grouping, scale — and share it via a link. Everyone opens the exact same setup. No screenshots. No setup instructions.
