We’ve just added a new feature to the AI Test Case Generator for Jira, Xray, and Zephyr that gives you more control over where the app can be used.
What’s New
With Project Whitelisting, admins can now decide which Jira projects can use the AI Test Case Generator. By enabling the whitelist, you can add only the projects that need access, keeping everything clear and organized.
How It Works
To enable Project Whitelisting:
Go to Jira Admin Settings and select Apps.
Expand Apps in the left-hand menu.
Select AI Test Case Generator.
Choose Project Whitelist.
Check Enable Whitelist.
Pick projects from the dropdown.
Click Add to Whitelist.
Why It’s Useful
Control which projects and teams can use the app.
Prevent confusion by restricting usage from projects that don’t need it.
Keep permissions aligned with your workflows.
For new users, simply head to the AI Test Case Generator for Jira, Xray and Zephyr and install the app.
