The Marketplace Change-Maker category is a meaningful one for us. Most awards measure things you can count: revenue, growth, and deal size. This one measures something else: whether the community thinks you've made it better.

That's not something you manufacture. It's something you earn by the way people talk about you when you're not in the room.

If we haven't crossed paths yet, Optimizory builds Jira, Confluence-native apps for teams that want to do more inside Atlassian, not next to it: requirements, testing, traceability, contracts, and reporting. The community work is why we get out of bed.
