Jira admins, I have some good news

As admins, we have to do a lot of data collection: workflow schemes, permission schemes, screen schemes, etc.

That takes a lot of time to do a proper clean up and make our Jira instance less clunkier.

We rely on the Atlassian's Site optimizer, which is a good app, but it needs improvements and new features.

Leadership is asking for a new custom field and we are pushing back. We know we have a lot of custom fields, we don't know frequently they are used.

Yes, we can do this manually, but it would take us hours and we have more better things to do.

Either it's governance, training, building a new Rovo agent that saves time, new automation rules. You know what we do.

We would ask Rovo to vibe code this for us, but it doesn't work. Why?

1. It's still in beta
2. It makes mistakes as any AI would do - and let's be real, AI is already in decline, we just don't know it yet.

For each problem, there is a solution. A tool that saves us hours of work that is also a swift tool.

We as admins, we appreciate a fast app.
