We’ve released a completely redesigned Workflow Builder, now the default experience for creating and editing workflows.

The goal?
Make granular, tailored automated document management accessible to everyone.

That means easy to follow templates for teams business-wide, like HR teams and marketing teams, not just technical admins.

It could be technical documentation, or it could be tightly-controlled and audited ISO-compliant content. In each case, the new Builder delivers:

• ✅ Instant feedback if something’s missing or set up incorrectly

New: Export Page History (including approvals)

We’ve also introduced the ability to export your Page History, including approval information, to CSV.

From the Page History view, you can now:

• Click Export
• Instantly download all history rows
• Include approval data in a CSV file

A small feature with big impact for compliance, reporting, and auditing teams.

Why this matters

As Confluence continues evolving into a more operational, AI-assisted workspace, workflows can’t remain complex or admin-heavy.

Automation needs to feel as approachable as content creation!
