I am often asked how to start work with BigPicture/BigGantt in the most efficient way.

5 steps to getting started with BigPicture

1. Get familiar with Boxes - flexible management spaces.
   Watch this video to understand what Boxes are and how to use them.
2. Configure the synchronization of tasks and links.

3. Create a Box for your product / project / portfolio / ART.
   Watch this video to learn more about organizing your initiatives using Boxes.
4. Define the scope of your work.

5. Create desired task structure (WBS)
   Watch this video to know more about structure builders.
