tasks gone from scrum view

hello, we recently had problems on server

after which tasks in jira greenhopper, scrumview (The new layout version) are not all avalaible.

something realy weird is going on, we can all see tasks in kanbanview, and normal jira, but scrum view seems to be broken and synchs only part of the tasks, and I cant find any pattern at all.

backlog shows 2 tasks in plan view, in work view we only see resolved and closed tasks, and some people don't see some taks that others do.

have you run into something like this? I don't even know where to approach this, is this database bug, jira needs reinstall server is messed up ;(

I had a similiar problem and was told by the support the following:

1. Shutdown JIRA.

2. Remove the following folders:

   $JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
   $JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins

   These folders will be automatically rebuilt when JIRA is restarted.

3. Start JIRA.

For me that worked...
