Hi!
When it comes to JIRA and creating tickets, I am a novice. As such, I was wondering--when creating a Risk in a JIRA ticket, what would be the most effective way to incorporate ROAM? For example, should I simply create a field within the ticket wherein the user has the option to choose if the Risk has been Resolved, Owned, Accepted, or Mitigated? Or are their better options?
