R4J Requirement Management Plugin

We are currently using IBM Rational Doors Next Generation for managing requirements. Our ALM is JIRA Agile so ... there is no out-of-box interfaces between the 2 tools to allow JIRA users to easily get access to requirements linked to user stories.

One option would be to replace Doors by a JIRA Agile plugin. I have found R4J in the marketplace. Do ou have any experience with it or any advices to give me?
