I plan to use the Confluence OKR template quickly and simply and initially to roll out the OKR discipline. There is a column called "Expected EoQ key result score" in it. I think using that space to capture the end result score or use it as green/yellow/red status for tracking is more practical. What's the criticality of putting anything else than 1.0 there?
And does scoring using the 1.0 scale meaningful? (vs. actually, using the actual key results) For example, 90% of the smoke test is completed is the expected KR. So, stating that this KR was 85% of 90% completed rather than 0.9?
Trying to KISS. Thanks in advance.
We have done this in Jira by adding a custom field with color (see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Adding-color-custom-field/qaq-p/898679).
We have a Jira premium license and use Initiatives for Objectives, and Eoics for Key Results.
It works super well!
